By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Cyber World Online Ltd., Part provides World Wide Web page hosting and Domain Registration. Cyber World Online Ltd., Part reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Cyber World Online Ltd., Part when Cyber World Online Ltd., Part decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise as mentioned in the below section - 'server content'. We reserve the right at any time to access, amend, remove or delete any or all data stored on our servers without your prior consent. When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice. To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties, unless instructed to do so by order of a Court.

COMPLAINTS

We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days - although usually response is much quicker. If you are unhappy with any service provided by Cyber World Online Ltd., Part please contact us immediately either by phone or by clicking here. Your satisfaction is very important to us so please let us know if you have a problem.

Purchases online at Cyber World Online Ltd., Part are made through SIPS - a highly respected leader in the field of ecommerce. The security used is Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. You must not divulge your username or password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that other people do not discover it.

We do not backup client data stored on our servers. It is recommended that you keep an independent backup of all data stored on your virtual server.

Cyber World Online Ltd., Part do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Cyber World Online Ltd., Part.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, MP3's, games patches or games orientated material etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Bandwidth is the amount of accrued data transferred between your web site and the sites visitors -1.5GB is more than ample for just about every web site - should you exceed this limit by a small amount every so often you will not incur any penalties. Should your site become a large drain on our resources we do reserve the right to suspend your account until a suitable solution is reached.

Cyber World Online Ltd., Part reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of service. If a customer contravenes Cyber World Online Ltd., Part' terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Customers may cancel their account at any time. If done so within 7 days your payment will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation and without question.

Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled. Customers may be given the option to purchase services which were offered as start-up incentives in the result of a cancellation.

The customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Cyber World Online Ltd., Part harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Cyber World Online Ltd., Part, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cyber World Online Ltd., Part against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Cyber World Online Ltd., Part servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Cyber World Online Ltd., Part's server.

Whilst every care is taken by Cyber World Online Ltd., Part in the provision of our services we can not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer through technical outages or other occurrences. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Cyber World Online Ltd., Part, its employees, suppliers, customers or any third party. Cyber World Online Ltd., Part reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This is all legal stuff - phrased as is to protect ourselves and you - we are very friendly and helpful people really!

password cracking, games patches or games orientated material, MP3's or anything that may be deemed as illegal.
Sites found with such content will be immediately discontinued and not reinstated.
